Return Policy
If your item was purchased online, you
can return it by mail to our return
center.
You will receive a credit for your
purchase only if it meets the criteria
in our Return Policy. We do not offer
merchandise exchanges. This policy
applies only to purchases made directly
from wizaudio.com and may vary slightly
from wizaudio return policies.
If you made a purchase from one of our
partner sites, check your packing slip
or the partner's Web site for return or
exchange information. Items purchased
from a partner site may not be
returned or exchanged through the
wizaudio return center or in a wizaudio
store.
Your packing list/receipt and ID are
required.
Include all original packing materials,
manuals and accessories with the product
to avoid any additional fees.
Returns of gift with purchase items,
quantity discounts and bundle purchases
have specific guidelines for what your
return price will be.
Mail
we will do our best to process your
return quickly. Please allow 7-15 days.
Refunds usually post to the credit card
within 72 hours. Refunds will be
credited to the original purchasing
credit card account number only.
Funds Returned onto a Gift Card
Details. If your order is cancelled
prior to shipment, prior to picking up
in a wizaudio.com, or an order
confirmation is not received, the funds
authorized against the gift card will be
released automatically after 7 days. You
may contact wizaudio Customer Care to
request a manual authorization reversal
of funds prior to the 7 day expiration
period.
Follow these directions to return by
mail:
Include all original packing materials,
manuals and accessories with the product
to avoid any additional fees.
Include the return label (sent to you in
the original shipment) with your product
and indicate the reason for the return.
We recommend you return items via UPS
ground or insured USPS for proof of
delivery. We also recommend that you
reuse the original shipping carton and
packing materials.
We will cover all reasonable and
customary ground shipping fees if the
product was damaged, defective, or the
wrong item was shipped., please call

If the product was not damaged,
defective or the wrong item was shipped,
you are responsible for all shipping
charges.
Please do not return items COD. Any
charges incurred by wizaudio for COD
shipments will be subtracted from the
amount of the returned item. You will be
returned the difference. If the COD cost
exceeds the value of the returned
product, the credit card used for the
original purchase will be charged for
the remaining balance.
